At Thermalution, we are committed to providing our customers with the best products and services. All products, with the exception of ex-demo, or clearance products are sold with a manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise noted.

Standard warranty covers:
1. A 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase against defective components and faulty workmanship of the undersuit(including its heating system, power controller, charger, power adaptor and wireless remote).
2. A 6-months warranty for the Thermalution Battery from the date of purchase.

Extended Warranty - Purchasing
You may also purchase an additional 12 months Thermalution Extended Warranty for the set of product at a cost of US$120 in 30days from your purchase date– for box set only (not including additional accessories). Warranty Exception
Users are requested to read the product manual before using their Thermalution product. The limited warranty does not cover non-electrical parts and the product failure caused by the user's negligence or failure to use within accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

These faults include but are not limited to the following conditions:
*Misuse or abuse which causes the connector pins to become crooked, bent or broken.
*Excessive product exposure and usage.
*Improper handling or storage.
*LED break on remote controller or power switch controller.

If the above happens within the warranty period and repair service is requested, the customer will be required to pay for the cost of the repair. The limited warranty becomes null and void under the following conditions when product has been:
*Tampered with or taken apart. *Repaired by non-authorized repair centres. *Used for commercial purpose such as rental / loan programmes or any other commercial activities. *Applied or used with other third party accessories. *Modified by user.

Warranty Claim Procedures
Customer should contact us in writing with details of the defects occurring within the warranty period from the date of purchase and provide a photocopy of the original proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or sales receipt clearly showing the purchase date) for verification. Upon our approval of the customer's warranty claim Petatech will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The customer needs to send back the defective item in secure packaging and attach the original copy of the invoice/sales receipt clearly showing the purchase date and RMA number.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping and shipping cost. Please keep a photocopy of all documents submitted and shipping confirmation for your own record. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage during the return shipping. The warranty claim item will not be accepted if returned without an RMA number. Upon receiving the defective item from the customer in good order, we may either repair or replace the defective item at our discretion and ship the repaired or replacement item back to the customer at our expense. In the event of a product failure, we shall be under no liability for any injury or any loss or damage caused to any other property or product other than the Thermalution product covered under the warranty.

Warranty after service
Petatech covers defects if they arise form authorized repair service for 90 days or the remaining term of your undersuit warranty, whichever is longer.

* If Thermalution inspects your undersuit and determines that (i) your product has failed due to or has compatibilities with improper use, (ii) the product has failed due to accident, abuse, neglect, misuse (including connecter pin break, battery pin break, over stretch causing exposure of wires, any components besides the thermal system module; etc), unauthorized modification, extreme physical or electrical stress or interference, fluctuation or surges of electrical power, lightning, static electricity, fire, acts of God or other external causes ("Warranty Exception") Thermalution will return your product to you without servicing and may charge you the repair fee. In general, any action that is NOT instructed in the manual, on Thermalution website or recommended by Thermalution will be considered as improper use.

* Thermalution reserves the right to change the policies at any time without notice. Thermalution is not responsible for typographic errors.
* Product and battery that have claimed manufacturer's warranty are excluded.
* Please note, the warranty is not available for product that cannot provide its barcode number.
