RMA simply check to fix errors :
  • Q. The switch won't move when you try to operate.
    A : Please soak it in clean water for a few minutes and push the switch on the controller underwater for several times. It might be jammed with sand.
  • Q. The LED light went out right after it got lit up.
    A : Please fully charge up the battery(s).
  • Q. The heating time is much shorter.
    A : The battery(s) was either not fully charged or it needs to be replaced.
  • Q. My Blue Grade controller will not sensor and it doesn't turn on.
    A : Please tab the remote on your wrist to the controller sensor, around where the Thermalution logo is. It is on when you can see the LED light got lit up to green, orange, or red color. To turn off the system, please make the remote stay on the logo for more than 2 second.
  • Q. The LED light is broken.
    A : Water may seep from this opening, so Please return your undersuit to your local distributor or who you bought from for check-up.
  • Q. The heating system works, but the LED light on the controller wouldn't light up.
    A : Please return your undersuit to your local distributor or who you bought from for check-up.
  • Q. The LED light wouldn't light up and the undervest wouldn't heat up.
    A : Please return your undersuit to your local distributor or who you bought from for check-up.
  • Q. The LED light was on but doesn't heat up.
    A : Please return your undersuit to your local distributor or who you bought from for check-up.
